With new technologies come new deliverables for both design and development. Constant communication is the key to gaining efficiencies and maintaining high-quality output.

Working with the lead developer, I ran a three-day workshop designed to help both design and development departments identify key pain points within the current project workflow. I helped those departments map the pain points to the top three "In Browser" design solutions and determine which solution would best adapt to the internal process. I then took the results and designed a reference manual printed for internal use.
